Triple threat - arm core leg (ACL) - low intensity body weight based specialty class focused on maintaining effort & heart rate on circuit using strength based functional movements which emphasize the arms, core and legs.

Cardio boxing (Cardio) - Boxing is a higher intensity class that combines cardio, strength, coordination, & balance. Paired with the Curves strength machines, it delivers a total body conditioning workout offering cardiovascular conditioning combined with Core work in traditional boxing movements.
